令和3年10月以降に広島大学に採用が決定する方に適用する給与制度について
The faculty whose appointment decided in October 2021 or later in Hiroshima University


広島大学では，2021（令和3）年10月1日に年俸制(II)給与規則を施行しました。
令和3年10月以降に採用が決定する教員については，原則として年俸制（II）を適用することとしています。
Hiroshima University has enforceed the Annual Salary System (II) Salary Regulations on October 1, 2021.
In principle, the Annual Salary System (II) will be applied to faculty members whose appointment decided in October 2021 or later.

2021（令和3）年10月までに行っている古い公募要領には，2020年（令和2）年4月1日に導入された年俸制（10月1日以降は「年俸制（I）」という。）を適用する旨記載をしていることがありますが，上述のとおり，今後採用が決定する教員には，原則年俸制（II）が適用されることとなりますので，予めご了承ください。
In the old recruitment information until October 2021, it may show that the person who adopted will be applied the annual salary system which was introduced in April, 2020(herein after we call Annual Salary System (I)).
However, as mentioned above, the annual salary system (II) will be applied to the faculty members whose appointment decided in October 2021 or later, in principle.
Please confirm and understand above notification.
